Michael Kors seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Edmonton, Canada to lead retail operations and customer engagement in a dynamic fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results and deliver elevated customer experience across all customer interactions
- Lead and execute opening and closing duties and key operational tasks
- Coach and develop team members on fashion trends, styling techniques, and sales methodologies
- Maintain highest standards of customer service while exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive additional store traffic and client engagement
- Leverage omnichannel sales tools and technology to maximize revenue opportunities
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail store environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in Canada
- Ability to meet flexible store scheduling expectations including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
Skills
Experience
3 or more years of relevant retail management experience demonstrating progressive responsibility and success in customer-facing and operational leadership roles within a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business, or related field preferred.

This position is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22 to CAD 25 per hour.
