Michael Kors seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Edmonton, Canada to lead retail operations and client experience for a luxury fashion boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and execution of operational tasks to achieve sales and service targets.
- Drive sales performance through coaching the team on selling techniques, styling, product knowledge and clienteling to build a sustainable client book.
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and ensure compliance with brand service standards across all touchpoints.
- Support omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store tools and technology to convert traffic and fulfil orders.
- Manage staffing and scheduling to meet peak retail traffic demands and maintain service levels.
- Mentor and develop store staff, providing feedback and training to improve individual and team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays and peak sales periods.
