Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated client experience to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead and execute opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks with accuracy.
- Coach, mentor and motivate the store team to develop product knowledge, styling and selling techniques.
- Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and relationship management.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to convert leads and fulfil orders.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary diploma in retail, fashion, business or a related field preferred.
