Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach and evaluate sales and stock teams; ensure adherence to grooming and image standards.
  • Collaborate on risk management, physical security and payroll integrity; partner with HR on complex employee relations matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail experience with 1–2 years in specialty retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team, provide coaching and drive measurable sales results.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with demonstrated experience resolving client issues and building repeat business.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, cash handling procedures and basic loss-prevention practices.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, weekends and holidays; ability to assume Store Manager responsibilities when required.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to transport product to offsite locations when the role requires it (if applicable).
