Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and developing sales teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of clienteling and relationship-driven selling.
- Flexible availability to work retail schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Passion for fashion and strong customer service orientation.

Experience
At least three years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within premium or fashion retail, with a track record of driving sales and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
