Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results through the delivery of an elevated customer experience and personalized styling guidance
- Lead and execute opening and closing duties, operational procedures, and inventory management tasks
- Coach and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, current fashion trends, and consultative selling techniques
- Develop and manage a personal client book to drive repeat business and enhance customer lifetime value
- Execute omnichannel sales strategies by leveraging all available technology platforms and tools

Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
