Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals while ensuring elevated sales standards across the team
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through strategic use of personal client books and staff support
- Develop and mentor sales associates' techniques to maximize sales performance and product knowledge
