Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience and omnichannel sales initiatives
- Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Foster customer relationships by developing and coaching team on current fashion trends, styling techniques, and client engagement strategies
- Ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multitasking capabilities
- Build a client book through establishing and maintaining client relationships to drive traffic and engagement
- Utilize all available tools and technology to optimize omnichannel sales

Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail days
Skills
Experience
3 or more years of relevant retail management experience is required. Experience in luxury retail, fashion styling, and client relationship management is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to drive sales, mentor teams, and maintain operational standards is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is typically expected. Additional retail management or fashion-related education or certification is advantageous.
