Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience and leading key opening and closing duties
- Develop and coach team members on current fashion trends, styling techniques, and selling best practices
- Maintain the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities
- Build and manage a client book to establish lasting customer relationships and drive additional traffic
- Execute omnichannel sales strategies by utilizing available tools and technology
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
- Meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible hours and peak retail periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail days
Skills
Experience
3+ years of relevant retail management experience in a luxury or fashion retail environment, with demonstrated ability to lead teams, build client relationships, and drive sales in a fast-paced setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is preferred.
