Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and results through delivering an elevated customer experience and personalized service
- Lead and execute key opening and closing duties, operational tasks, and day-to-day store management
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team on current fashion trends, styling techniques, and selling best practices
- Foster lasting client relationships by building a client book and driving additional store traffic through strategic customer engagement
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service while exercising leadership, multi-tasking capabilities, and operational excellence
- Drive omni-channel sales by leveraging available tools, technology, and all touchpoints to maximize revenue
- Maintain store scheduling and staffing expectations while demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible scheduling, weekends, holidays, and peak retail traffic days
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to operate point-of-sale equipment and handle merchandise
Skills
Experience
3+ years of relevant retail management experience in a customer-facing, fashion-driven environment. Experience building client relationships, leading sales teams, and driving revenue in a fast-paced retail setting is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and peak-period sales execution, is required.
