Role & Responsibilities
- Drive elevated customer experiences and build lasting client relationships through advanced styling and product knowledge
- Lead opening and closing duties, ensure adherence to operational standards, and execute day-to-day business processes with excellence
- Develop and coach team members on current fashion trends, styling techniques, and consultative selling approaches
- Maintain highest standards of customer service while demonstrating leadership and multitasking capabilities
- Build and maintain a personalized client book to drive repeat traffic and deepen customer engagement
- Leverage omnichannel sales tools and technology to maximize revenue opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment
Skills
Experience
3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury fashion or premium outlet environment. Demonstrated success in driving sales results, building customer relationships, and leading high-performing retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or fashion industry credentials preferred.
