Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and store sales performance to meet and exceed targets; coach and model high-impact selling techniques for the team.
  • Track, monitor and communicate business results and sales KPIs to the Store Manager and the team.
  • Ensure delivery of an elevated, consistent client experience; build and maintain repeat clientele through clienteling and effective use of client books.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally; support associates with returns, exchanges and product concerns.
  • Support store operations including cash controls, bank deposits, safe handling, petty cash, register operation and participation in inventories.
  • Partner with the Store Manager on risk management, loss prevention and physical security protocols.
  • Execute and maintain visual and merchandising directives to ensure the selling floor reflects the brand image; manage timely processing of deliveries.
  • Recruit, train, develop and evaluate store staff; ensure payroll integrity, adherence to grooming and image standards, and follow-up on training initiatives.
  • Supervise and develop direct reports (e.g., Sales Supervisors, Stock Supervisors) and coordinate scheduling and staff performance feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1–2 years of specialty store management or supervisory responsibility.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills with experience conducting coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and customer-service aptitude; ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships.
  • Knowledge of retail operations including cash handling, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Flexible availability to support peak trading hours, retail events and occasional offsite product movements.

Experience

Minimum three years of retail experience, including one to two years in a supervisory or specialty management role within a fashion or luxury retail environment.
