Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and visual standards to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive sales and KPI performance by delivering an elevated, personalised luxury client experience and developing the team’s selling and styling capabilities.
- Coach, mentor and develop store staff to build product knowledge, clienteling skills and a high-performing sales culture.
- Establish and grow a client book through proactive outreach, relationship-building and use of digital/omnichannel tools.
- Execute omnichannel fulfilment and promote available technology and tools to maximise conversion and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management or assistant management experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering sales results and building lasting client relationships through clienteling and personalised service.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of retail management experience with demonstrated success in driving sales, coaching teams and executing retail operations. Luxury or premium fashion experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Castle Rock, Colorado, USA, with easy access to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23.50 to USD 28.50 per hour.
