Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute personal sales techniques while coaching sales associates to maximize revenue generation and performance metrics
• Enforce all sales-related policies and procedures to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence
• Cultivate deep product knowledge and mentor selling staff on merchandise attributes and selling strategies
• Monitor fashion industry trends and market dynamics to inform inventory and merchandising decisions
• Oversee customer service standards across the store, ensuring associates deliver exceptional brand experiences
• Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client relationship management and client book utilization
• Address customer concerns and complaints with prompt, effective resolution and de-escalation
• Collaborate with store management on risk assessment, physical security protocols, store cash controls, and inventory accuracy
• Train and support staff on point-of-sale system functions, register maintenance, and proper operational procedures
• Participate in physical inventories and maintain accurate stock records
• Execute cash control protocols including bank deposits, safe fund management, and petty cash reconciliation
• Implement and maintain merchandising and visual display directives to reflect brand standards
• Maintain selling floor presentation standards—neat, clean, organized, and visually aligned with brand imagery
• Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and communicate product issues in a timely manner
• Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of sales and stock team members
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to associates
• Resolve human resources matters efficiently, escalating to HR as needed
• Ensure team members uphold professional image and grooming standards consistent with brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop retail teams
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management operations
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion product categories and brand positioning

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1–2 years in a specialty or luxury retail management capacity. Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role with demonstrated success in driving sales, managing teams, and executing operational procedures is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or retail management certification preferred.
