Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals, tracking and communicating business results
- Ensure all associates maintain elevated sales and service standards; lead by example through personal sales excellence
- Develop and refine personal sales techniques while coaching associates to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with all sales-related policies and procedures and maintain in-depth product knowledge
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through client book utilization and mentoring staff on relationship management
- Resolve customer complaints and assist associates with service issues including returns and defective merchandise
- Collaborate with Store Manager on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Train staff on proper register usage, maintenance, and management functions; execute cash control procedures including deposits and petty cash management
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of store staff; provide ongoing performance evaluation and feedback
- Participate in physical inventories and ensure timely processing of merchandise deliveries
- Implement and maintain all merchandising and visual directives; ensure selling floor appearance reflects brand standards
- Identify and communicate product concerns and inventory needs in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to brand image, grooming, and professional standards across all staff
- Provide follow-up for all training programs and seminars
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor retail staff
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and register management
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operations

Education
