Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and coach the store team to deliver a culture of accountability, excellent client service and high performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development to cultivate Michael Kors brand ambassadors.
- Drive sales on the floor by example, monitor daily performance and implement action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Manage and proactively leverage the client database and clienteling tools to increase customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Plan and support local customer events and initiatives to generate incremental revenue.
- Oversee store operations including inventory integrity, scheduled audits, bi-annual inventories and adherence to store standards.
- Use company communication platforms to cascade updates and take timely operational actions.
- Contribute to meeting operational budgets and developing local business strategies alongside the management team.

- Proven retail and people-management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrable leadership and team-building capabilities with a collaborative mindset.

Proven retail management experience with responsibility for driving sales, coaching staff and managing store operations in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment. Experience analysing sales performance and executing corrective action plans is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; a tertiary qualification in retail management, business or hospitality is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
