Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance
- Support recruitment, training, and development to build a team of dedicated Michael Kors brand ambassadors
- Lead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding yourself and the team accountable
- Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations
- Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales
- Collaborate on local customer events to generate additional revenue
- Ensure consistent client communication using all available clienteling tools
- Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories
- Utilize company communication platforms effectively and take appropriate action on updates
- Meet operational budgets and develop proactive business strategy alongside the management team
