Role & Responsibilities
- Support product planning team in developing and maintaining category-level sales, inventory and margin plans across all channels
- Analyse weekly trading performance to identify risks and opportunities in sales, inventory, sell-through, and profitability metrics
- Prepare weekly, monthly and seasonal business reviews with actionable insights and recommendations
- Assist in managing Open-to-Buy (OTB) and inventory forecasts aligned to business objectives and customer demand
- Partner with Buying, Merchandising and Allocation teams to ensure product assortments and inventory strategies are optimised across channels
- Produce category, channel and regional performance analysis identifying trends, best sellers and emerging opportunities
- Support pre-season planning activities including line planning, assortment analysis and forecasting exercises
- Monitor product lifecycle performance and recommend markdown, replenishment and inventory optimisation strategies
- Develop understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behaviour across EMEA
- Maintain planning tools, reporting and dashboards for timely business analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support new initiatives, process improvements and strategic projects
- Conduct regular store and market visits to strengthen customer understanding
- Partner with Allocation team to develop launch strategies and replenishment approaches
- Analyse store, regional and channel performance to identify allocation opportunities and inventory risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Commercial awareness with understanding of luxury retail and consumer trends

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in Planning, Merchandising, Buying, Allocation or a similar retail analytical role is preferred. Demonstrated understanding of retail channels including Retail, Outlet, E-commerce and Wholesale is valuable.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
