Role & Responsibilities
- Own Product Line Management (PLM) system attribute data entry and integrity
- Organize and manage seasonal samples for showroom and market setup
- Manage merchandising calendar with key development and market milestones
- Assist in showroom setup and partner with Visual Merchandising teams to execute visual global directives
- Collaborate with Merchandising Manager/Director to create and maintain seasonal line plans and market materials across all systems
- Communicate assortment updates to cross-functional and global buying teams in a timely manner
- Conduct competitive product and trend research to identify future development opportunities
- Build strong collaborative relationships with production, design, and global buying teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fashion or fashion-related major
- 1+ year of related experience in Merchandising or relevant internships
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
