Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and develop store staff, ensuring timely staffing of all positions with qualified personnel

- 2–5 years of sales management experience in retail

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of sales management experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion or luxury apparel, with demonstrated success leading sales teams and executing merchandising directives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, business or retail management preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 50,000 to CAD 60,000 per annum.
