Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals while tracking and monitoring business results
- Lead by example in demonstrating elevated levels of sales and service; mentor and develop sales associates on selling techniques

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop retail teams

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1-2 years in a specialty retail management capacity. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in building clientele, coaching sales teams, and achieving sales targets in a luxury or contemporary fashion retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in business or retail management is preferred.
