Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership of the store across sales, customer service, visual merchandising and operations.

- Ensure exceptional client service and maintain luxury brand presentation standards, including visual merchandising and housekeeping.
- Oversee operational tasks such as inventory control, stock replenishment, cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
- Manage administrative duties including staff scheduling, attendance management and execution of corporate communications and promotions.
- Act in the Store Manager’s stead when required, taking full accountability for store performance, team decisions and escalations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary qualification in retail, business or fashion preferred.
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
- Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a diverse sales team.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and proven capability in delivering high standards of customer service.
Experience
Typically requires several years of retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or diploma in retail management, business, or fashion desirable.
