Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance to meet and exceed targets; monitor and communicate business results to the store leadership team.
- Model and enforce elevated standards of sales and customer service; coach and develop selling staff to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Cultivate repeat clientele through proactive clienteling and assist associates in building and utilising client books.
- Resolve client issues, complaints and product concerns promptly and professionally; support associates with returns and defective merchandise cases.
- Partner with the Store Manager on risk management, physical security, cash controls and inventory management; participate in inventories and audit-related tasks.
- Execute and train staff on register and cash procedures, including bank deposits, safe funds and petty cash; perform management register functions as required.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives; ensure the sales floor is organised, on-brand and merchandised to maximise sales.
- Support recruitment, training and performance evaluation of store staff; ensure professional image and grooming standards are maintained.
- When applicable, manage logistic tasks such as transporting product to/from offsite locations and overseeing timely processing of deliveries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1–2 years in specialty retail management or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop store-level teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Strong customer service orientation with proven experience resolving client complaints and building repeat business.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, cash handling procedures and basic loss-prevention practices.

Minimum three years of retail experience, including one to two years in a specialty retail management or supervisory capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
