Role & Responsibilities
- Support range planning through sales analysis, trend insight, pricing opportunities and product performance data
- Produce accurate weekly, monthly and seasonal reports with clear commercial insights and recommendations
- Maintain key product documents and systems, ensuring all information is current and accurate
- Act as key contact for product, sample, digital showroom and merchandising updates across departments
- Support market preparation, presentations and showroom set-up, including sample management and coordination
- Work with Buying Coordinators to input, check and reconcile purchase orders and orders
- Partner with Planning, Allocations and Distribution Centre teams to track shipments, stock and product flow
- Conduct competitor research, comparative shopping and store visits, sharing findings to maximise market opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches, selling tools, training materials and market execution
- Coordinate photoshoots, sample requests, image requests and product communications
- Attend buy appointments, store visits and business meetings, including occasional European travel
Qualifications
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong relationship-building and collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Good product knowledge, commercial awareness and passion for fashion and trends
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales performance and identify opportunities
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word
- Proactive, resilient and hands-on approach to strategic and operational tasks
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in administration, reporting and sample management
- Digital sensitivity with experience using or supporting digital showroom tools (desirable)
