Role & Responsibilities

  • Support management and growth of two key wholesale off‑price accessory accounts in partnership with the Senior AE and Director; own day‑to‑day account tasks to achieve sales goals.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly selling reports and bi‑weekly performance updates to sales, merchandising and broader stakeholders.
  • Execute ATS activities (sell off ATS weekly), save and archive Mainline ATS files, and follow up on pending packages with internal teams and customers.
  • Partner with Customer Service to ensure timely processing of EDI transmissions and purchase orders, resolve shipping questions, extensions and shortages, and manage unconfirmed EDI status (ensure EDI receipt at least three weeks prior to ship).
  • Assist on PO processing and hand off to customer service; coordinate with Senior AE on market recaps after market close.
  • Support market preparation: maintain and merchandise the showroom, manage samples, organise the calendar of market milestones and appointments, and keep the showroom presentation orderly.
  • Lead and manage account appointments during market with guidance from Senior AE and Director; assist merchandising on additions, create market detail sheets and contribute to pre‑market line plans.
  • Manage all sample requests from accounts and coordinate exclusives handling as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in wholesale account management, off‑price/secondary channels, or comparable commercial roles within fashion apparel/accessories.
  • Proven proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyse sales data and produce regular reports.
  • Familiarity with EDI processes and purchase order workflows; experience managing ATS files and order confirmations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational and time‑management skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
