Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse regional performance data to identify opportunities and implement action plans that drive achievement of sales performance and KPI targets across all stores
  • Partner with Senior Commercial Manager and Store Managers to maximise commercial outcomes and ensure delivery against sales, conversion, aged stock, category performance, wage-to-sales targets, and other established KPIs
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and product performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage sell-through and product productivity through collaboration with Merchandise and Planning teams to optimise stock availability and assortment relevance
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to build high-performing teams with strong commercial acumen and operational excellence
  • Set clear performance expectations across financial KPIs, inventory management, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and people management
  • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and strong customer service standards
  • Ensure effective onboarding, ongoing training, and in-store follow-up to reinforce product knowledge, brand standards, and operational capability
  • Conduct regular store briefings to align teams on priorities, motivate performance, and communicate business objectives
  • Act as the escalation point for all operational, people, and customer issues within the region
  • Oversee payroll-related tasks and ensure labour planning supports commercial needs
  • Drive a strong clienteling culture across all stores, coaching Store Managers to build long-term customer relationships that increase loyalty and sales
  • Support the planning and execution of in-store events and promotional activities in partnership with merchandising and PR teams to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, coach teams, and ensure each location is positioned for current and future growth
  • Support Store Managers to maintain strong operational standards, including stockroom organisation, inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and compliance with company policies
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation consistently meet brand expectations, partnering closely with the Visual Merchandiser
  • Manage operational costs across the region, ensuring budgets are adhered to and resources are used efficiently to maximise profitability
  • Ensure work environment is free from risk to health by identifying, assessing, and controlling hazards
  • Report all work-related hazards and incidents and complete all required WHS training
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures and provide active support of the company injury management program

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a retail area or regional management role within a luxury or premium fashion brand
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage KPIs, and achieve financial targets
  • Experience leading and developing teams of store managers and retail personnel
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Proficiency in CRM and clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills to inspire high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to manage operational budgets and control costs effectively
