Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and motivate multi‑store teams to deliver an elevated client experience and sustained sales performance.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent through succession planning and ongoing performance development.
- Partner with Store Managers and the Senior District Manager to build and execute strategic plans that grow incremental sales and optimise inventory and merchandise opportunities.
- Drive omnichannel performance by leveraging available tools and technology to convert client interactions across online and in‑store touchpoints.
- Deliver operational excellence across store processes, including POS operations and loss prevention standards.
- Create local demand through community engagement, events and client‑facing activations to grow traffic and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain a client book, fostering enduring client relationships to increase repeat business and lifetime value.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform local merchandising, staffing and promotional strategies.
- Resolve human resources and employee relations issues in a timely manner, escalating to HR when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and peak retail events.

Experience
Proven track record of at least five years in store management at a specialty or fashion retailer, with demonstrable experience driving sales, developing teams and managing multi‑unit operational priorities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising or a related field preferred.
