Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complete inventory lifecycle from initial allocation through end-of-life, including replenishment and consolidation of goods across stores and channels
- Monitor and adjust store inventory levels based on capacity, attributes, seasonality, and selling trends to maximize revenue during key periods
- Identify and communicate sales opportunities and inventory liabilities by door on a regular basis, ensuring alignment with current market dynamics
- Oversee basic replenishment programs to maintain optimal stock positioning on core items, seasonal basics, and promotional campaigns
- Take ownership of warehouse inventory and aged stock; monitor and escalate shipping issues that may impact business performance

- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with buying, planning, and retail teams to align on merchandising objectives and operational requirements

- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with demonstrated problem-solving expertise
