Michael Kors is hiring an Affiliates and Advocacy Specialist in London to lead affiliate, advocacy and performance influencer programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and execute the affiliate strategy to deliver profitable growth across EU and global markets, optimising publisher and creator partnerships.
- Manage relationships with affiliate networks and agency partners to grow traffic and revenue, including sourcing and vetting new high-quality publishers and creators.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures and promotional opportunities with partners and publishers.
- Lead selection, contracting, gifting and usage-rights management for creators and performance influencers (including via Metapic).
- Operate and scale the UK brand advocacy programme on Duel: recruit, onboard, nurture advocates and curate brand-safe UGC for broader marketing use.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, CRM, Social, Product and Operations teams to align briefs, compliance, product knowledge and messaging.
- Manage affiliate, advocacy and influencer budget (commissions, bonuses, paid placements); forecast market-level tenancy and CSS budgets.
- Oversee monthly validation and invoicing processes and maintain accuracy in reconciliations.
- Produce weekly, monthly and ad-hoc performance reports with actionable recommendations for optimisation.
- Maintain and optimise tracking infrastructure, affiliate feeds and custom labels; lead tracking projects as industry standards evolve.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance influencer management or digital partnerships, ideally within retail or e‑commerce.
- Proven experience working with affiliate networks and publisher ecosystems; experience with Awin is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrable analytical capability with experience translating data into strategic, commercial decisions.
- Proven negotiation skills managing partners, publishers or creators and structuring commercial agreements.
- Strong organisational and project-management ability with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, invoicing/validation processes and producing regular performance reporting.
- Familiarity with creator/advocacy platforms (e.g., Duel, Metapic) and with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, performance influencer programmes or digital partnerships, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. Experience should include working with affiliate networks, negotiating commercial terms and managing campaign tracking and reporting.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce will be accepted.
