Michael Kors is hiring an Affiliate and Advocacy Coordinator in London to support EMEA affiliate marketing, advocacy (Duel) and performance reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day management of the affiliate programme across European markets, including publisher onboarding, relationship maintenance and live exposure checks.
- Assist with creation and distribution of exposure plans, campaign briefs and creative assets for partners and the affiliate agency; participate in weekly agency calls to support campaign execution.
- Execute the brand advocacy programme in partnership with Duel: onboard advocates, manage communications and rewards, review UGC for brand alignment, and track advocate performance.
- Produce and maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards; ensure data accuracy across Awin, Duel, Adobe and internal tools and highlight optimisation opportunities.
- Support monthly validation and invoicing processes for commissions, bonuses and paid placements; maintain budget trackers, partner logs and contract administration.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Design, Social, CRM and eCommerce teams to ensure partners receive correct assets, messaging and timing.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years’ experience in digital or affiliate marketing at a brand, agency or affiliate network (transferable experience considered).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; able to extract data and build basic reports in spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) is preferred.
- Experience working with affiliate publishers or affiliate networks (Awin) is a strong advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness and effective written and verbal communication.
- A second language (particularly French or Spanish) is a bonus but not required.

Education
