Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist legal professionals in managing the brand portfolio for champagne, wines, and spirits, ensuring protection and defense of trademarks, and providing counsel to internal departments such as Marketing and Development, in collaboration with external partners worldwide.
  • Participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation processes globally, both administrative and judicial.
  • Contribute to project validation through prior rights research.
  • Prepare documentation for proof of use and notoriety.
  • Protect and defend trademarks on the internet.
  • Assist in the synthesis and archiving of files and updating the database.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (BAC +5) in Intellectual/Industrial Property or Law of Vine and Wine.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, as 80% of tasks will be conducted in this language.

Skills

Strong understanding of intellectual property law, including trademark, design, copyright, unfair competition, and parasitism. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work collaboratively in an international context.

Experience

Previous experience in intellectual property within a law firm or equivalent corporate role is appreciated, especially in an international setting.

Education

Master's degree in Intellectual Property or related field.
