Meco SA seeks a Quality Control Technician in Granges, Switzerland. Inspect precision watch components using advanced measurement systems and QuickControl software.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and aesthetic inspections of watch components using conventional, optical, and precision measurement equipment
- Record, analyze, and validate quality control data using QuickControl software
- Prepare and conduct initial customer sampling procedures (EMPB)
- Create and program inspection protocols and measurement machine software
- Execute water and helium leak testing to verify component seal integrity
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Manipulate precision components using proper handling techniques
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in quality control or formal training in mechanical engineering
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong visual acuity for precision inspection work
- Familiarity with conventional, optical, and mechanical measurement devices
- Experience programming measurement equipment is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of QuickControl software is preferred

Experience
Quality control or mechanical engineering background with demonstrated expertise in precision component inspection and familiarity with automated measurement systems.
Education
Formal training or education in mechanical engineering, precision manufacturing, or quality assurance discipline preferred.
