Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform dimensional and optical inspections on watch components and assemblies
  • Record and analyze inspection results using QuickControl software
  • Prepare and execute first-article inspection samples (EMPB) for customer approval
  • Create inspection plans and measurement programs in QuickControl for precision instruments
  • Conduct water and helium hermeticity testing on components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all inspection activities and findings

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control or vocational training in mechanical engineering
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
  • Knowledge of conventional, optical, and mechanical inspection equipment
  • Strong visual acuity and fine motor skills for handling small precision parts
  • Experience with measurement machine programming (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with QuickControl software (advantageous)
