Meco is recruiting a Polymechanic EFZ apprentice for a four-year apprenticeship starting in August 2027 in Grenchen. The apprentice will make tools, parts and fixtures, operate conventional or computer-controlled machinery, optimise programmes, and diagnose and maintain equipment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manufacture tools, parts and fixtures.
- Operate conventional or computer-controlled machines to produce batches of small, high-precision parts.
- Program and optimise machinery.
- Diagnose equipment faults and perform maintenance.
Qualifications
- Completed compulsory schooling.
- Ambitious, motivated and interested in a technical environment.
- Values precision and is diligent at work.
- German language skills.
- Submit a cover letter, CV, school reports and the mandatory Multicheck test.
