Meco SA (Swatch Group) seeks Polymechanic Apprentice for 4-year vocational programme in Grenchen, Switzerland, commencing 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in structured vocational training in polymechanics and precision engineering over four years
- Operate and maintain precision manufacturing equipment and machinery under supervision
- Execute technical drawings and design specifications in compliance with quality standards
- Assist in the assembly and quality control of watch components and subassemblies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process
- Develop competence in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
Qualifications
