Alexander McQueen seeks a Store Team Manager in Dubai to lead boutique performance, client experience and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations on the shop floor, supporting the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans and action plans for assigned departments.
  • Drive the team to exceed financial targets by monitoring sales performance, analysing KPIs and proposing corrective actions to maximise contribution to store results.
  • Deliver and model exceptional client experience across all touchpoints, leading client appointments, clienteling activities and proactive complaint resolution.
  • Coach, develop and motivate client advisors through regular feedback, performance conversations, individual action plans and product training.
  • Collaborate with local and regional functions (Product, VM, CRM) to ensure commercial execution aligns with House guidelines and market opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention, HR policies and visual merchandising standards while maintaining a professional, high-performance team environment.
  • Promote omni-channel awareness and coach the team in using digital tools to improve client relationships and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of team sales management in retail, luxury retail or service industries with demonstrable ability to drive store performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail KPIs, with experience in budget management and action-planning to achieve targets.
  • Demonstrated coaching and people-development skills, including ability to conduct performance conversations and identify internal talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident public speaker and able to engage external stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity with experience in store operations, loss prevention compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays; ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
