Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager/Store Director to implement operational strategy, drive store performance and support achievement of financial targets.
- Lead day-to-day retail operations and back-of-house (BOH) organisation, ensuring brand standards, stock care and client experience are consistently upheld.
- Conduct regular store audits and checks; set and cascade policies, procedures and operating standards to the store team.
- Own goods receipt, storage and stock flow (including shop-to-shop, returns and damaged stock), coordinate cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Manage store maintenance, contractors and third-party service providers; act as first point of contact for operational emergencies and security liaison.
- Oversee logistics and supplies: manage courier/shipping accounts, packaging inventory and supplier performance to optimise cost and service.
- Support in-store events, after-sales processes and omnichannel order flow (OMNI) to guarantee service levels.
- Coach, train and develop operations associates; lead performance conversations, identify internal talent and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations management within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching teams and driving performance against KPIs.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with a track record of improving operational efficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends and to travel as required.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures and ability to manage third-party contractors.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders and regularly lift packages up to 35 lbs.

Experience
Mid-level management experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury fashion, with a demonstrated record of delivering retail excellence and improving operational processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in retail operations.
