Store Operations Associate at McQueen Sanremo, Italy—luxury retail operations and inventory management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate McQueen brand behaviours including empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness in all interactions
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines through regular audits and in-store checks
- Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, physical inventory reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies across all product categories
- Manage stock room organization and optimize storage capacity to streamline product identification and fetch time
- Monitor and process stock adjustments, deliveries, transfers, and consignments in line with company timelines
- Support in-store events execution and markdown preparation and transitions
- Manage damaged stock and maintain accurate stock file records through monitoring of all product movements
- Oversee OMNI order flow and ensure required service levels are maintained
- Coordinate shop-to-shop and return transfers in compliance with company guidelines
- Order and distribute staff uniforms in a timely manner
- Ensure adequate store stocking of operating supplies, packaging, and stationery with accurate system reflection
- Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to optimize service efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration with Inventory Control, Retail Operations, and store network teams
- Achieve Operations KPIs whilst maintaining client-focused mindset and supporting overall store performance
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian
- Good English language proficiency
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in stock management and retail operations
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated retail excellence and consistent performance record
