Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate in Boston, Massachusetts. Manage retail operations, inventory, and compliance for luxury fashion retail. $24-$26/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure full store compliance
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to verify that store teams adhere to established operational standards
- Support the onboarding of new team members with comprehensive information on store operations policies and guidelines
- Liaison with external parties to ensure all required permits and documentation are current and properly maintained
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Store Manager to ensure Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures are implemented and followed consistently
- Coordinate the setup and execution of in-store events and promotions
- Oversee the day-to-day management of goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor distribution in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure shop-to-shop and returns transfers comply with company guidelines and timelines
- Act as primary contact for cleaning companies, contractors, and maintenance service providers
- Respond promptly to store emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs and services
- Coordinate with Loss Prevention and Security teams on store operational issues as required
- Order and distribute staff uniforms in a timely manner
- Maintain back-of-house standards to optimize client experience and train Client Advisors on inventory organization and product care
- Plan and prepare for inventory checks across all designated store locations
- Support stores during inventory reconciliations and sale period preparations
- Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor negative inventory balances
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding consignments and cycle counts per company guidelines
- Provide training and guidance to store teams to minimize stock loss and damage
- Manage OMNI order fulfillment while ensuring required service levels are met
- Coordinate shipping supplier and courier evaluations to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery services
- Manage and organize packaging and stationary inventory both physically and within IT systems

- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift packages weighing 35 lbs. or more on a regular basis
