Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed all store sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base and executing local sales strategies.
- Analyse sales figures and CRM activity to define immediate and long-term action plans that drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotions, client events and the store calendar; liaise with visual merchandising and press to optimise implementation.
- Ensure exceptional customer care standards, resolve complex customer situations diplomatically and uphold House policies at all times.
- Enforce and maintain the House’s visual merchandising guidelines to present product and store image to brand standards.
- Manage stock control activities: review seasonal orders with sales associates and drive sell-through through regular business recaps.
- Lead, develop and motivate store staff as a role model; identify and address performance issues through fair and consistent processes.
- Coordinate induction and ongoing product and service training, conduct annual appraisals and set individual development objectives.
- Maintain smooth store operations and administrative processes, representing the brand and its values in all internal and external interactions.
Qualifications
