Alexander McQueen Store Manager in Macau – lead retail operations, sales, and team management for luxury fashion boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed all sales targets and key performance indicators whilst building and maintaining a robust client base
- Analyse sales figures and CRM activities to devise immediate and long-term strategic goal plans
- Execute sales generation strategies to meet monthly objectives and drive revenue growth
- Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events in liaison with visual merchandising and press teams
- Liaise with team members, colleagues, and customers to identify and resolve operational issues promptly
- Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve customer situations diplomatically in accordance with House policies
- Adhere to and reinforce the House's visual merchandising guidelines across all store environments
- Review seasonal orders with sales associates to ensure optimal merchandise potential and retail alignment
- Conduct business recaps with sales associates with focus on sell-through performance
- Lead and motivate staff by modelling behaviour and setting an exceptional example
- Identify performance issues and manage them to ensure fair and consistent company processes
- Coordinate induction of new staff, deliver product knowledge training, and share collection insights
- Conduct annual appraisals and provide constructive feedback whilst setting individual development objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience, including 2 years at managerial level in luxury fashion store management
- Demonstrated embodiment of Alexander McQueen core behaviours: Empower, Teamwork, Respect, and Kindness
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to interface effectively with personnel at all organisational levels

Experience
Minimum 8 years in retail, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity within luxury fashion retail. Candidates must demonstrate proven success in driving sales targets, managing teams, and maintaining elevated customer service standards in a luxury brand environment.
