Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and exceed KPIs through strategic client acquisition, retention and CRM-driven activities.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans based on analysis of sales figures, CRM data and market opportunity.
- Oversee store visual standards and merchandising to ensure alignment with House guidelines and to maximise sell-through.
- Plan and coordinate in-store events and promotional activities in collaboration with visual merchandising and press teams.
- Manage inventory and stock processes, review seasonal orders with sales teams and optimise merchandise allocation.
- Lead, coach and motivate the in-store team; act as a role model and ensure consistent application of company policies and behaviours.
- Identify and remediate performance issues, conduct regular appraisals and set individual development objectives.
- Design and deliver in-store training, including induction, product knowledge and collection briefing sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' retail experience with at least 2 years in an in-store managerial role for a luxury fashion brand.
