Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and exceed KPIs through strategic client acquisition, retention and CRM-driven activities.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans based on analysis of sales figures, CRM data and market opportunity.
- Oversee store visual standards and merchandising to ensure alignment with House guidelines and to maximise sell-through.
- Plan and coordinate in-store events and promotional activities in collaboration with visual merchandising and press teams.
- Manage inventory and stock processes, review seasonal orders with sales teams and optimise merchandise allocation.
- Lead, coach and motivate the in-store team; act as a role model and ensure consistent application of company policies and behaviours.
- Identify and remediate performance issues, conduct regular appraisals and set individual development objectives.
- Design and deliver in-store training, including induction, product knowledge and collection briefing sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' retail experience with at least 2 years in an in-store managerial role for a luxury fashion brand.
- Demonstrable alignment with Alexander McQueen core behaviours: empowerment, teamwork, respect and kindness.
- Proven ability to analyse sales and CRM data to inform commercial decisions and action plans.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, including performance management and staff development.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficient use of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

Experience
At least 8 years of progressive retail experience with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and staff development.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or a related field preferred; equivalent professional retail management qualifications or demonstrable on-the-job experience accepted.
