Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations at the South Coast Plaza location, ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising directives.
- Own sales performance and KPIs: drive revenue, conversion, average transaction value and client penetration through coaching and active selling.
- Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships through personalised service and clienteling strategies; elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, develop and mentor boutique staff; create schedules, conduct performance reviews and deliver continuous sales training.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures; collaborate with wholesale/e‑commerce teams to align assortments.
- Ensure flawless execution of product launches, private client events and promotional initiatives in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain operational compliance including cash handling, POS reconciliation and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive luxury retail experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable sales targets in a high-end fashion or luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team recruitment, development and performance management.
