Alexander McQueen seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Atlanta boutique. Lead retail operations, drive performance, and manage a talented team in this luxury retail leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute store strategy and vision to achieve all financial targets and KPIs, proposing and developing action plans based on detailed performance analysis
  • Manage store operations including budgeting, expense monitoring, inventory reconciliation, loss prevention compliance, and supply chain logistics
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards and maintain brand presentation in alignment with headquarters guidelines
  • Build and develop a high-performing sales team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management; conduct annual reviews and identify talent for advancement
  • Lead client-centric initiatives including private appointments, CRM database management, community outreach, and brand events to drive customer loyalty and market presence
  • Ensure consistent client experience through sales floor presence, omnichannel awareness, and digital tool adoption; foster a welcoming, service-oriented environment
  • Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation to optimize floor coverage and payroll efficiency
  • Communicate company KPIs, brand pillars, and seasonal strategy to the team; train associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, loss prevention audits, and inventory shrinkage targets
  • Partner with retail head office and human resources on employee relations, development opportunities, and operational matters
