Role & Responsibilities
- Set and implement the store strategy and vision to achieve commercial objectives and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team; conduct coaching, annual reviews and create individual development plans to build a high-performing talent pipeline.
- Drive sales performance by defining KPIs, analysing store results, proposing action plans and ensuring targets are consistently exceeded.
- Own P&L-related responsibilities: monitor store expenses, manage budgets and ensure timely submission of payroll and accounts payable.
- Represent the brand locally to increase footfall, attract new clients and establish strategic partnerships and community outreach activities.
- Champion client development through a top-client strategy, private appointments, after-sales service and CRM data capture and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to loss prevention procedures, conduct inventory reconciliations and audits to minimise shrinkage.
- Oversee store operations including merchandise processing, shipments, asset organisation, borrow/consignment programs and visual merchandising standards.
- Promote omnichannel awareness and encourage the team to leverage digital tools to strengthen client relationships.
- Provide product and market feedback to buying and HQ; participate in buying sessions when requested.
- Foster strong cooperation between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to guarantee efficient daily operations.
- Act as a role model for House behaviours and ensure company policies, procedures and brand standards are upheld across the store.
Qualifications
- Significant sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or a service-related industry.
- Proven track record of driving store performance and delivering sustained sales growth.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with familiarity with key retail performance indicators.
- Demonstrable coaching, people development and talent identification skills.
- Experience managing budgets and operating to financial targets, with strong analytical capability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident public speaker and experienced with stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment and maintain a positive team culture.

Experience
Extensive leadership experience within retail, preferably at luxury or flagship stores, with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets, managing store P&L and developing high-performing teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in retail leadership.
