Role & Responsibilities

• Collect and document design specifications and indications from the Design team relating to collections development
• Work closely with suppliers to develop samples that meet expected aesthetic, quality, and budget standards
• Verify technical feasibility of collections, anticipate critical issues, and propose solutions in consultation with internal technicians
• Manage and coordinate orders for semi-finished components and finished products required for new collection development
• Collaborate with Raw Materials R&D Department to identify suitable materials and processes for collection development
• Support the Costing Team in valuing developed items for collection budget control and suggest alternative pricing solutions for cost efficiency
• Facilitate dissemination of technical information during product review meetings
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to resolve production issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar product development role with exposure to design teams and sneaker development
• Proven capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Italian
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Knowledge of specialized software such as Stealth or Kubix is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Dynamic problem-solving attitude and capacity to establish positive working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

The base compensation for this position is EUR 36,207 per annum.
