Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day retail and store operations support to the Retail Director.
- Assist in maintaining and closing down stores in Southeast Asia.
- Monitor store commercial performance through sales analysis and productivity reports.
- Prepare sales plans and targets in collaboration with the Retail Director.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process.
- Act as a liaison between the store line team and the inventory control team.
- Coordinate with various departments for in-store promotion activities and events.
- Provide administrative support to the store.
- Enhance customer service and improve the guest shopping experience by organizing retail training and development programs for store staff.
- Update and maintain CRM data, manage store mailing, and oversee the customer loyalty program based on customer profile analysis.
- Assist in managing positive customer relations and monitor customer feedback.
- Perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail operations and/or business support.
