McQueen Senior Client Advisor position in Rome, Italy—luxury fashion retail role requiring 5+ years experience and fluency in Italian and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate McQueen brand values and behaviors across all client interactions
- Provide exceptional client experience through attentive greeting, active listening, and comprehensive product assistance, showcasing deep knowledge of McQueen collections, design heritage, and brand history
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations regarding fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating authentic passion for contemporary design
- Foster collaborative relationships with team members through open communication and constructive problem-solving
- Contribute to visual merchandising and product display in accordance with McQueen standards and guidelines
- Maintain store functionality and appropriate inventory levels on the sales floor in compliance with corporate policies
- Uphold McQueen grooming and presentation standards at all times
- Drive individual and store financial targets through strategic sales performance and achievement of established KPIs
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across all available product categories
