Alexander McQueen Senior Client Advisor in New York – luxury retail sales role at Madison Ave flagship, $30–$35/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience through attentive listening and product expertise, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Alexander McQueen collections and house heritage
  • Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across all product categories to maximize individual and store sales performance
  • Maintain and develop lasting client relationships using CRM and digital tools, whilst executing clienteling initiatives to strengthen loyalty
  • Engage clients on contemporary fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and industry knowledge
  • Mentor junior team members through active support, feedback and collaborative problem-solving aligned with Alexander McQueen's house behaviours
  • Uphold shopfloor standards and visual merchandising guidelines whilst ensuring appropriate inventory levels across the sales floor
  • Execute daily operational responsibilities including floor management, stock operations, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling
  • Maintain strict compliance with company policies regarding grooming, inventory management, logistics reporting and all head office directives
